Reporting a bug
Image bugs are difficult to reproduce without detail, so the most useful reports include:
- The browser and version, and whether it is on a phone or a computer.
- The source format and roughly how large the file was.
- What you asked for — the size limit or the conversion — and what happened instead.
- Any message the tool showed you, quoted exactly.
Please do not attach the image itself in a first email. Describe it instead. If the file turns out to be necessary to reproduce the problem, that can be arranged afterwards — and it is worth knowing that the tools themselves never receive your files, so a bug report is the only way an image here would ever reach anyone.
Requesting a tool
Tell us what you were trying to do and what stopped you, rather than the feature you had in mind. The underlying problem is usually more useful than the proposed solution, and it is often solvable in a way that helps more people.
What this is not
This is not image recovery or forensic support. Nothing you process here is stored, so a file lost on your own device cannot be retrieved from this site.
